Baby's First Year | Ally Turns One!

Just like we are all the same but different, so too are our preferences. I love that I can help bring a vision to life and maybe even surpass that vision at times. So, when sweet Ally’s mom contacted me, it was a true joy bringing her vision to life.

You see, she didn’t want the trendy smash cake session like many are doing now. She wanted to visit my photography studio in Canton, GA, and she wanted simple. Balloons. Stool. Confetti. Red. And she would bring the “one,” tutu, peals and hair bow. You see, her oldest daughter had something very similar (different color though) and she wanted her youngest daughter’s pictures to match in style. Awesome, I am totally one board!

When this precious girl arrived, she was interested in me but was a little unsure. Getting on the ground with her, her smile quickly popped out and I knew we were going to have fun together. Little Ally is such a sweet, sweet spirit. She even gifted me with a couple of snuggle moments…to say she had me wrapped around her little finger is putting it mildly. LOL!!! My heart just practically exploded in my chest.

THIS! This is what I live for. This is why I do what I do. That connection with new people…families, babies, adults. I love them all. I love capturing their special moments, the milestones, the seasons, so that they can look back on them for the rest of their lives and cherish these moments forever.
