Maternity Session | Fabiola is Having a Baby!

One of the amazing things about being a photographer is making connections with people that I would not have likely met otherwise. This is just one of the many aspects of my j-o-b that I love. Originally from Costa Rica, this sweet mom-to-be was super laid back, feeling great, and was just overall a kind person.

We started off our session together in the typical way…I gave the grand tour, pointed out the charcuterie board and beverages available, and then we got busy picking out some amazing dresses for her session. Watching Fabiola’s eyes light up as we selected the different styles just filled my heart to overflowing and the excitement in the room was just plain contagious. <3

Working through the different dresses and setups during our session was fun and exciting! I loved that Fabiola trusted me enough to allow me to guide her through different poses with ease, while also allowing me to try a couple of new and fun things for her gallery. AND it’s so fun when we can get dad-to-be engaged and involved with dress and fabric tosses! The intense concentration and pride seen while they participate is just heart-warming!

When we were finished and packing up, the best compliment came my way…”When baby arrives, we definitely want to book a newborn session…now that we know you and trust you.” You guys!! I am just so humbled and honored to do what I do. Thank you for making me your chosen photographer!
